一体型訪問介護・看護
まるで特別老後施設に入所しているようなサービスをご提供いたします。
看護師と介護士がルートを順次巡回しているため、決まった時間のみの滞在ではなく、都度みまもり滞在をしますのでご利用者さまのその日の状態を共有し必要な対応をしてまります。
また、緊急時はコールしてもらうことで必要に応じて直行して伺います。
一日に一度ではなくお体の状態をスタッフで共有して訪問してまいります。
定期巡回サービス
（ヘルパー等）
定期的(1日に複数回）に要介護の高齢者の自宅を訪問し、身体的介護や、食事 や排せつなど日常生活のお世話をいたします。
医師の指示による
訪問看護サービス
医療のニーズがある場合、医者の指示の下、看護師が自宅を訪問して療養上のお世話や診療の補助を行います。
随時オペレーション対応サービス
ご利用者様やご家族様からの相談または連絡の内容に応じて、電話でのアドバイス、医療機関への指示など随時 、適切な対応をいたします。
随時訪問サービス
緊急性が認められた場合な ど、看護師や介護士が自宅 を訪問します。随時対応で予定の訪問時間以外や夜間も対応しています。
